A long time force behind the scenes in the city, Ben knows exactly why Cincinnati has it's reputation as a cesspool: The entire system's corrupt, from the City Council down to the new recruits in the infamous CPD, and the result is not likely to be voted one of America's most livable cities. And Ben would know; his money's greased more palms than ayone would ever guess, and with a word in the ear of the right detective, he's had business rivals shut down permanently. He bought his latest cash cow venture off some putz who was down on his luck, and has been making big money running an underground strip club. However, he decided to remodel the basement recently, and found something unexpected left behind by the previous owner. Ben's a little less than pleased about this. |
